Giveaway!

My Very First Giveaway!

I have decided to do a giveaway . . . . well, because it's fun, and who doesn't like something free?  But, as my economics teacher always said, "There's no such thing as a free lunch." And well, he's right.  :-)

To receive this "lunch" or giveaway, I want to know about your most meaningful Christmas tradition.

In the comment section below, tell me what Christmas tradition you and your family take part in each year that means the most to you.  The winner will be chosen December 10th and will then receive this tiny blossom teacup and saucer from my shop, Dovetail Vintage.

(teacup 2" tall, saucer 4" in diameter)

I can't wait to hear about your traditions!

Happy Holidays all!

  1. My favorite Christmas tradition was hunting for personal-sized trees with my siblings. We'd trek out into the woods behind our house and would each find our own little Charlie Brown tree. We'd then bring it in, put it in a bucket and display them in our bedrooms. Our little beauties would be adorned with three or four ornaments at most as they were pretty fragile and would hold about a foot of lights. The rest we'd coil around the bottom.:) I specifically remember Christmas Eve's when our family friends would come over and the kids would play school in my sister and my shared, pink bedroom lit only by our little trees. Such special memories that I will cherish and pass down to my own children.
